Tags, smarter AI chat & transcript timestamps
- NewTags for your medical records — organize journals, recordings, and documents with custom tags, and filter by them across the app.
- NewSmarter AI chat — Ask MyCare AI now understands tags in your questions and pulls in the right tagged records as context (e.g. "summarize my cardiology visits").
- NewTimestamps in transcripts — each speaker's dialogue in a recording now shows the exact time it was spoken, in both Visit History and the My Companion view.
- ImprovedRemoved hallucinated transcripts — filters out AI-generated fillers that sometimes slipped into recordings during silent moments.
- ImprovedCleaner Visit History — removed the audio player from past visits; they now show only the transcript and AI summary, not playback controls.
- ImprovedFaster way to start a visit — the New Office Visit button in Visit History now takes you straight to My Companion.
- FixedFixed an issue where Visit History could appear blank for some users due to an authentication mismatch on the recordings list.
Record from anywhere
- NewRecord from anywhere — start a recording from any signed-in page, not just the Companion screen.
- NewRecordings keep going as you navigate — audio capture now persists across page changes, so you won't lose a session by clicking around.
Renamed AI features for clarity
- Improved"AI insights & AI chat" is now Ask MyCare AI — one place to surface patterns from your journal, documents, visit recordings and ask questions in plain language.
- ImprovedRenamed "Visit Companion" to My Companion across the app for clarity.
Simplified caregiver access levels
- NewTwo-tier caregiver permissions: Basic Access (patient overview, health insights, Ask MyCare AI for caregiving advice) and Full Access (everything in Basic plus documents, recordings, transcripts, and journal entries).
- ImprovedCaregiver invitations now live under Settings → Caregiver access.
Voice + picture journaling
- NewYou can now talk a journal entry (voice note) or write it directly.
- NewAttach a picture to any entry — a rash, a meal, or a medication label.
- ImprovedJournal now opens straight from the left-hand menu.
